I have the Waves Ultimate sub, and I love it.

However!

I don’t use a lot of the plugs that are installed, and I wish there was a method by which to skip installing them. I do know that they can be removed after the fact, but it would be a lot more efficient to not have them in the first place.

You can go to the Install Products > All Products tab and manually select the plugins you wish to install, that what I do. It’s pain if you have lot of plugins you want to install manually, but once you have it’s not so bad. You save on the excess use of storage and the excessively long plugin lists and Central will only update what you have installed.

Though, if for some reason you need to do an uninstall you will presently have to manually re-select the plugins you want installed again.

is there not any option by selecting all plugins at once like some option in backend filemanager server option?

Not that I’m aware of.
