Plugins not showing on ableton

Hi All,

I just brought myself a new pc, which i have installed ableton 9 and waves central.

When i search for waves plugins on ableton, the only thing that appears is the “WaveShell-VST 12.7_x64”. My purchased products are definetly installed in waves central and also showing my C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Plug-Ins V12…

Any suggestion why this is happening? Never had this issue with my previous pc

Please note that the last version of our plug-ins to Officially Support Ableton Live 9 was the v9.92 version.

Since v12 licenses will authorize v9-v11 plug-ins if needed, I suggest rolling back the plug-ins version and rescan Ableton Live for VST plug-ins.

As v10 plug-ins might work properly, you can feel free to follow the steps in this link to roll back to v10.

Next, refer to this link and follow the step to rescan Ableton Live for VST plug-ins.

If the issue persists, refer to this link and follow the step to rollback to the v9.92 version and rescan Ableton Live once again.
