Mac Mini M4 - Issues with WSRP

My band was doing a full dress rehearsal and dialing in Waves SuperRack Performer when we suddenly lost all audio through WSRP. The program was still running on the Mac Mini, but no sound was passing through it.

We tried changing the buffer size, removing all the plugins, and adding them back one at a time, but the problem continued. We eventually had to bypass SuperRack for the rehearsal, which was disappointing.

When I got everything set back up at home, I noticed the CPU meter in SuperRack was jumping around and wasn’t stable. I’m wondering if something was causing the CPU to spike and making the audio drop out.

The system had worked perfectly during two months of testing. The issues seem to have started after my Mac Mini updated to macOS Tahoe 26.6. We normally shut down all unnecessary background apps to reduce CPU usage.

Has anyone else experienced this after the update? Any suggestions on settings or troubleshooting steps I should try?
