Login Waves Central

Can’t login into Waves Central, although I’m logged in with my account on the website. Apparantly the syncing is failing. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I have Mac OS 15.4.1

I made the mistake of trying to grab the free bundle they released. Why? I didnt really need any of that but was curious about the Lil Tube. It didn’t work, obv, and Waves central wont login (same issue as you)

BUT even better its now deactivated all my waves plugins locally. After that I tried “Fix permissions and ownership” which did nothing good

Contacted support in chat which I’m not certain was a human and they said to “rest assured it will be fixed in an hour”
Well sadly I have REAL work to do that has Waves plugs all over the session.

I hope someone finds a fix!

Same here. I installed the latest free bundle. Apparently their servers must be down. Too much traffic. Something like that. Hope they fix it quickly and you’ll get your plugins working again. Tx for the reply.

Same here issue here! Cannot login to Waves Central App even though I login to the website after being redirected. This has stopped down work for the day! Need this working ASAP.

Same thing here. Can not work. We are part of a large studio and we are bricked right now. Please get working ASAP. I could not even open any sessions containing waves plugins. It would crash PT. Opened a new session and was fine but right when I loaded a waves plugin the session crashed.

Same here on Mac Ventura . Unable to login to Central.

When you do three login attempts in a row, I managed to get in and even activate the bundle. But the system is unstable. So, when you’re out, you have to do it all over again. And again…

Three logins doesn’t do anything on my end. For the last ~4 hours Ive been dead. Attempt login MANY times. I don’t even want the stupid free plugs. Like @ATV102 I am halted from work.

I have an update here. I attempted to login for a few hours. I was finally directed to call customer support. After an hour on hold, their only solution was to continue to attempt to login until a server spot became available for me. Ironically, after let’s say my 100th attempt, I just walked away from it and went and painted a wall. I came back in and it was suddenly logged in sitting there waiting for me to do something.

At that point, it was obvious every plug-in was uninstalled so I had to reinstall all of my waves plug-ins for some reason. And after that process, everything is working fine.

I’m not even going to attempt to get this new free bundle.

I guess persistence is the answer but perhaps the servers just finally lightened up. Or go paint a wall and come back.
