Local server is not connected

I changed my computer and I have a problem with waves, a plugin called studio verse keeps popping up the error local server is not connected, I’ve tried everything from the technical support website and I don’t know what to do
I will add that I have a waves ultimate subscription

And im using Mac m4 max
