Waves Central and InstallhelperApplication

I have some older Waves plugins and some newer ones I purchased yesterday. When I try to install the Waves Central app it just hangs up forever (overnight) A window called InstallHelperApplication pops up. It is asking for my Username and Password. It is not my Waves username and password. It should not be this hard to install plugins.
All my IK Multimedia, Pro Tools, Logic Pro installed with no issues.
Any suggestions. Is the a phone number for support

I suggest to Contact Technical Support directly, you can request a remote session with one of our representatives who will be able to solve the issue and reduce the troubleshooting time.

You can also get instructions over email or over the phone if a remote session is not convenient.
