Clarity not working in MediaComposer after activation

One of my editors is using Clarity VX but it doesn’t appear from within Avid Media Composer even after successful activation.

From the Stability Report everything is green apart from:
NodeWlsDiagnosisReport: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘find’)

Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, release 10.0.26100

We have run the troubleshooting steps from the local server issues including fixing permissions, restarting the app and the computer but nothing seems to be working.

Any ideas?

Avid Media Composer is not a supported host; we tested and qualified to work with Waves products. You can find the list of supported hosts in this link.
