Waves Central is successfully installed with working plugins on a laptop using the Primary license. Waves Central is successfully installed on a desktop, and the plugins are installed, but the only option which can be selected when installing is “Don’t activate license.”

In my case, I don’t need to select any drive anywhere (I don’t see any such selection), but I do notice my two drives are Disk 0 and Disk 1 (from Windows perspective), where Disk 1 is the boot drive.
Could there be some relationship between that and me not seeing the option for activating the secondary license? If not that, why do I only see “Don’t activate the license” and no option to activate the second license on the desktop?
