Remove plugins that have no business being there like linear phase eq.

Have you ever seen anyone try to work with LinEQ live? For anyone else reading this… the reason Linear Phase EQ has no business there is due to its intensive processing requirements it introduces lots (and lots) of latency. It is mostly intended for mastering purposes, where latency is not an issue.
