Hear it in Action

Will there be a live version for the LV1 mixer?

Hey @gbolahan.onamusi,

It is currently available in all hosts we support and SuperRack Performer, not LV1.

Thank @Adi.Waves. Do you have any plans for LV1 e.g a lite version due to latency?

FINALLY!! I don’t actually own Soothe so I’ve been kind of hoping that Waves will fill that void with something similar that I can get as part of the subscription!!

Party time!!

Wow, wow, wow, and wow. I own at least 4 products that compete with this one… but Curves Equator has become my preferred over all of them!!!

The UI/UX is amazing — it can be used in a simple way, if you prefer, or you can dig into the advanced controls and have a lot of control over exactly what it’s doing. Really well done.

And the SOUND is amazing! I love “delta” listening to what these plugins do, and what I discovered is I can use Curves Equator in a way that doesn’t have a lot of artifacts. I love that.

I was starting to move away from this type of product, but this one can be so subtle yet effective that it’s perfect. (Or it can be extreme if you dial it that way!)

I know Waves was late to the market in making this type of product, but I’m GLAD they waited because they really did an excellent job. Congratulations, Waves team. This tool pushes the genre forward.

(Now all I need is for Waves to add loudness measurements & TruePeak to ALL their limiters!)

That is a problem with Soothe. Well, I think it’s more of a user issue to be honest. every time I see someone use it they always end up removing so much that I can hear all that fuzzy style artefacting. Every time.

I’m not saying Soothe is a terrible tool, quite the opposite, I think it’s extremely helpful involving alot of problems. I just think the users need to take it more easy with it.
