Hi, every time I save and reopen my project in Cubase (Elements 13) I loose all of my Waves plugin settings as it resets to the default setting. How do I rectify this as I cannot work with the plugins if they are doing this?

Welcome to the Waves Forum.
The behaviour you describe where all settings are reset is usually associated when not using the Waves Toolbar to manage change or load presets.
Another option is loading an unsupported format when using Waves plugin. Cubase should only be used with Waves loaded as VST3.

Same thing here. Using Cubase Pro 13, latest build. I loaded ELEMENT (VST 3.6.9) with the Premium Bass using the Waves toolbar, made some adjustments, saved the project, and on next project load the settings were back to Premium Bass settings.
So I saved a User Preset with my changes. Saved the project, and again on project reload, the settings were back to Premium Bass settings. At least I can recover my settings easily from the saved preset, but I must do it every time I load the project.

I suggest Contacting our Technical Support team and allow them to investigate as if you are loading the supported format and using the Waves Toolbar only to save load and change presets the sessions should load with the presets you saved it with and should not reset default.
Feel free to share your experience and solution once it is solved.
