Waves Plugin locks up DAW

I just purchased Waves 14 verson of the Ren bundle. I installed and activiated it, but when I added an instance of the REN EQ to my Studio One 5 project, the DAW locked up. Same thing happened when I tried to use Version 12. Any ideas from you fine folks?

Windows 10, Studio One 5 (latest version)

Although this issue might be related to damaged Microsoft C ++ files it can also occur due to other various reasons.

Please reach out to our Techies who will be able to solve the issue on the spot by remoting to your computer if required.
