New waves plugin keep crashing in my studio one professional 5. Help needed bad to resolve the problem

Just bought some new Waves plugins and when going to load them in Studio One 5 it crashes immediately. Also get a error on S1 start up Waveshell blocked. Have no clue how to fix this so help needed bad.

I’m assuming Studio One is up to date?? What OS are you using??
