I have had this interface a number of years and just did not think to check into this before.
In Waves Central, under My Products a device shows DiGiGrid D Driver V9 and then it is greyed out (image provided)
If I want to install the latest version of the driver I have to go to the All Products tab and install from there.
I was simply wondering why an updated driver installation option does not show up under My Products all this time?
Hope you can shed some light on this?

Software drivers do not require any license authentication and are all available to Install directly from Waves Central.
Do you have your Waves hardware unit registered in your Waves Account under my products? If not you can register it here.

I do have my device registered in my Waves accounts area.
Are you saying that to install the updates I just go to the All Products tab and do it from there?
I also noticed that I had an update the other day, however, it only gave me v14 update and not v15, which was available in the All Products area
