I’m using some sample based instruments version V16 like Electric 200 on my Mac mini M4 running Sequoia 15.7.4. The standalone versions are running fine, but in Cubase 14 and Cubase 15 their VST3 Plugin fails with “Error while loading sample library”.
The support of Waves Audio couldn’t help me so far and all attempts to fix this failed.
Does anybody out there run the same combination (macOS 15.7.4 and Waves V16) and can confirm that this is working on their Mac?
Any other advise you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Support representative who is handling your support request has offered to remotely connect to your computer in order to solve the issue, to which you did not reply.
If you wish to solve this in the quickest manner, I suggest taking this with our support.
Waves Audio investigated the issue with their sample-based instruments via a remote session on my Mac. At first, support couldn’t find anything wrong. They then pulled some log files. Later, they reported that there might be a conflict with the RePitch plugin by Synchro Arts. I removed RePitch as a test, and sure enough, the samples loaded perfectly again.
Waves support then promised me a solution: “We are working on a fix for this issue and will let you know as soon as we have new information.”
