Am I blind, or just not smart, lol. I bought the SSL 4000 bundle, and one of the features was over 600 presets from some amazing audio engineers, including CLA. I downloaded and installed the plugins, but they have no presets available. Any idea what I did wrong?

Welcome to the Waves Forum.
Waves presets can only be loaded from Waves Tool Bar which is located on top of the plugin.
I think you might be trying your DAW preset manager instead which will not show the default presets in some cases.
