CLA Epic Artist’s Presets ex Greg Well , Michael Brauer & more missing in my plugin
Have you tried a Repair or a Reinstall via Central??
Hi @saint30565 welcome to the Waves Forum 
Make sure to load all Waves presets using the WaveSystem Toolbar, following the instructions in this link.
For v12 plug-ins refer to the WaveSystem user manual.
In case presets are still missing, run installation Repair as Simon suggested from:
Waves Central v12.0.20 > Settings (bottom left panel), under Maintenance.
Once done, restart the computer.
