Active link groups will link channels when populating a slot with a plugin. It does not link their parameters.
This would be a useful feature when mixing large ensembles. (e.g. multiple clips on strings)
Especially when mixing on immersive systems when the goal is not to sum into subgroups and instead use direct outs.
