I just want a vst that can handle the voice of people with sinusitis, narrow nose, and stuffy nose when singing. A vst for people who sing live because in this day and age A.I is developing. AI has done it to remove stuffy nose voice. And a vst that supports changing voice color for people with bad voice color. Singing sounds like reading, making it catchy.
You can generally use a straight up eq or dynamic eq for that. This can generally be found around the 800Hz to 1.5kHz range, sometimes higher.
I generally grab an eq and as opposed to boosting and sweeping the area, I pull it out and sweep listening carefully until I hear it disappear. At which point I’ll reset the Q and Gain, but keep the frequency, then start pulling it out until it’s at an acceptable level. If some words are more prominent then others thats when you might want to consider a dynamic eq.
That said, I agree, adding a feature like that to Clarity VX or Silk Vocals would be a great way to go.
I have chronic sinusitis and a stuffy nose. I tried the EQ filter but it was only temporary. It couldn’t be what I wanted because my voice is thin and weak, it sounds like I’m reading =]]

Well you could be taking too much out with the nasal eq cut. Try a Q higher than 2.0 and maybe a cut no more than around 6dB.
You can also try experimenting getting a little closer to the mic and/or boosting a bit of bottom end. Maybe around 150Hz and under. Not too much as you’ll make it boomy. Then follow that up with a bit of compression. Try a ratio of 3:1 or 4:1, maybe an attack of 10 -15ms, a release of 100-250ms and a threshold where you get no more than 8-10dB of reduction. These numbers may very depending on your situation.
Of course it would much easier to just have a tool for this, but you could be waiting forever and day for that to happen. This just something you try until then. Also check out the presets in any channel strip plugins you may have.
You can also try a tool like Curves Equator, or Curves AQ or even Soothe.
