Recommend Plugins/Apps to Give Depth to Recorded Vocals?

This is my first post. If this isn’t the forum to ask, please redirect me.

I damaged my singing voice by singing way too loud for way too long (into a microphone) during live performances (at things like national anthems at baseball games, and backup for Demi Lovato, and belting out gospel at church with no microphone.) Now I’m not suppose to sing any louder than my normal speaking voice, which is thin, light, and quiet. So no live for me for a while.

But I can experiment with recording myself at home. Can anyone recommend a plugin, app, or software to give my recorded vocals depth, richness, and disguise the fact that I’m singing no louder than someone talking quietly? My sound is similar to Karen Carpenter, but even weaker than that right now.

Thanks

Usually a compressor or eq + dash of Reverb would create so much depth so quiet sounds. Waves has many tools such as Vocal Rider, Vitamin, and so much more to explore. Im sorry if this was 10months too late but I had to give you my thoughts on your inquiry.
