That said, it looks like the SoundGrid Driver was not installed properly.
This could happen if the macOS is not allowing the installation.
To overcome this, please reinstall the SoundGridDriver11.2 from:
Applications > Waves > SoundGrid > Utillities
Once done, restart the computer.
Next, follow these steps:
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General
Click the Lock on the bottom left, and type in your Admin password.
Click the Allow 'Waves Inc’ within 30 minutes of installing the Waves SoundGrid driver.
