I am trying to set up a side chain in Waves Harmony but the option is not showing up at all.
I’m using Logic Pro X, running on Sequoia 15.1.1. on a Mac Book Pro M4
If you want to pass MIDI to it and control it that way it needs to be inserted as an Instrument. Well actually it’s called a Midi-Controlled Effect. That will have a sidechain you can pass audio to.
Assuming this is how you were tying to use it.
Yeah it’s a really old pain-in-the-■■■ limitation from about 15 years ago. Hopefully Apple will update and simplify this process soon.
