Hello - I recently purchased a few waves V15 plug ins. Everything loaded through waves central with licenses properly activated. When I open the plugins in my DAW (both Pro Tools and Ableton), as soon as I click anywhere in the plug in, the cursor on my mouse completely disappears and won’t come back. I can still click on the screen but can’t see the cursor! Cursor comes back if I move to a different monitor that my DAW screens aren’t on. I have to control/alt/delete to exit the program. I’m on Windows 10 with latest versions of PT and Ableton. This occurs with all 5 of the waves plug ins I purchased. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?! They’re unusable at this point…
Hey @sciliak,

Thank you. I have reached out to support and awaiting a response.
I have ran into this issue myself and have also reported it. The trouble is, as soon as I went to record a video of it for them the problem has disappeared. I couldn’t manage to trigger it.
About the only thing I think I may have done that could have changed things is deleting the AudioUnit Cache (Logic). If PT and Live have a similar feature it may be worthwhile giving it a try.
Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned before that I have deleted the preferences for PT, Ableton, and waves and still same thing occurs. I’ve exhausted all troubleshooting on my own at this point. The fact that it’s happening in both PT and Ableton and that it’s only the nee 5 plugins leads me to believe it’s maybe some kind of licensing issue…
