How can I get Cosmos to allow me to select multiple folders to scan

I got this and bought CR8 when they came out. I never really used Cosmos cause it seemed I had to select each and every folder to scan. I have hundreds and would like to scan a whole drive or at least select multiple folders for scanning. Can this be done

Welcome to the Wavews Forum.

The scanning process has been updated and improved along the latest versions (V14/V15) of Cosmos, you should be able to scan multiple folders.

If you encounter any issues performing the above or find the scanning process to have an issue while on the versions mentioned above please Contact Technical Support and allow them to investigate the issue further.

Thanks for the info. I have V13 and it looks like it would cost $240 to upgrade to get this functionality. Since Cosmos is free can I just download it again?

240 $ will be to update all of your licenses to the latest V15. You can choose to update just the CR8 license which will provide you with the latest V15 licenses for both Cosmos and CR8.

Prior to updating please make sure your system is compatible with the latest V15, you can also request assistance from our support team prior to updating to ensure compatibility and a quick setup.

First of all, thanks for the clear answers to my questions.

Something Iā€™ve always wondered: how can I find out what an overall upgrade will do for me and the Waves plugins I have. I have the Horizon bundle and roughly 20 additional. Is there anyway to know if Iā€™d get new plugins for Horizon if I updated? Also how can you tell what new features youā€™d get: is there a comparison chart? Iā€™m a PC user so in general I dont have OS needs but if I were to see that an upgrade did a lot "d pop for the $240ā€¦I just cant tell as things are now

Log into your account, click on " Get Waves Update Plan" in the sidebar, and select what you want to upgrade. The overall price towards the top will adjust accordingly.

Waves do seem to have a 25% off WUP sale a couple times a year. So its always worth waiting for that to happen if possible.

I did this last night and bought the update for Cosmos for $12 dollars. I;ve used the Waves Central app to install but I just get the old version. The waveshell 15 shows up in my list of plugins but wont installā€¦help!
