Might already be in here somewhere, but would love to be able to link the output fader levels of the LR, Mono and Center tracks so that the Master fader controls them all together (relative to each other).

Yes, I can link them, but I can’t then set the Master fader to the link fader, which is the actual thing that I want - that last fader on every screen to control all three busses together.

So either an option to link Mono and Center levels to the LR level, or an option to set one of the Link channels as the Master fader.

I don’t know exactly when it was added, or if I was just an idiot and missed it six months ago, but I found today that you can in fact assign the Master fader to a Link channel.

It’s under the settings for the fader bank device, which is exactly where I expected it to be and I can’t imagine having missed it.

I’m going to pretend they snuck it into an update and didn’t make a big fuss. Thanks, it’s greatly appreciated!

Possibly a new request, maybe a repeat, I don’t remember but it bit me today:

• Ability to change patching for devices that are currently offline.

I’ve got a gig coming up where I’ll have a digital split into someone else’s gear. We’ve already done setup and patching, but I’ve just been informed about a patch change. However, because I don’t have the other piece of hardware right now, I can’t update it.

The best I can do is leave a sticky note with a reminder on my console (second best is to switch it to an offline device and then probably switch back, but I’m not convinced that’ll preserve the config and I still need the sticky note).

Really, I want to just boot up the console, adjust the patching while the device is missing, and save the session. But the patching is all locked! It seems like it’d hardly matter to change it while the device is missing, so why can’t we?
