Lots of loops in the high range of 160+ are being tagged at their half values such as 80bpm. Some of these samples even have the BPM written in title. It’s more than a few so would take too long to manually retag. But it ruins results when searching for slow loops.
Yeah, I have had the same issue with the latest version, all of my DnB breaks at 174/175 BPM are tagged 87/86 BPM, even though the BPM is apparent in the title of quite a few of them. It would take ages to manually re-tag them all. Would rescanning help this?
This is not just a Cosmos related issue as other apps have tendency to do it too, Logic can.
It gets even trickier for the DAW to tell if some elements such as the Drums were done at half time. This is typical of styles like Grime. Also, without a beat reference it can be hard to tell whether the subdivision is 16th or 8th.
