I get the angry robot voice when I turn on Waves ClarityVX. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling thinking the file maybe corrupt. Anyone had this happen and found a fix?

Welcome to the Waves Forum.
The neural network used by Clarity VX and Clarity VX Pro is rather CPU intensive and using many instances of Clarity VX may result in very high CPU usage.
In addition, make sure to increase the buffer size settings of your audio interface and it should fix the issue - 512 samples and above is a good option.
If the issue persists please make sure to Contact Technical Support who will be able to help out with solving this.

Too free your CPU resources after using Clarity you can Freeze or Bounce your track.
