Add "TruePeak" to the options menu for old limiters

Waves has several limiters that are still awesome in 2025, but they need TruePeak support. L1+ Anniversary Edition got a TruePeak update, which is great, but none of the others did.

A cost-effective solution that is all code with no special UI work needed would be to put “Enable TruePeak Output” in the options menu. (Similar to how “Lock wet/dry on preset load” was added to so many plugins with no UI updates needed, one of my favorite new features in recent years.)

This would be needed for L2 and all the L3 limiters. It would be an excellent update as part of V16… And you might be able to repurpose the TruePeak code from L1+ Anniversary Edition to some degree. Between that and solving this without complex UI changes, this might be a viable solution to bring those old limiters up to date.

Agreed. An optional Loudness and Dynamic Range meter mode would also be appreciated here.

Oh, yes, a dynamic range meter would be incredibly helpful. And to be specific, PSR values would be most helpful to me.
