After switching from logic to Pro Tools recently I was unable to get a default user preset to load with the dorrough meter plugins.
I contacted waves support who said:
Please note we do not support managing presets from Pro Tools presets and settings manager.
To save a preset with default user settings, follow our Waves System Toolbar manual on page 3.
But the waves system toolbar in the Dorrough meter is not able to manage presets. This means there is no way to set a default in pro tools for this plugin.
This is a pain if you have 50+ tracks and want to put a meter on them all in a PT session. You have to go through every single instance and load a preset manually.
Please solve this oversight!
