A&H Waves Card Server turns red as soon as output is routed in SuperR

Hi there,
I already contacted the Tech Support but i post the problem here as well in the hopes somebody has a brilliant idea how to fix this annoying issue

A Colleague of mine works with a Avantis with the A&H Card and Superrack. Everything has been working fine the last shows.
As of today this error startet to show up
As soon as you route a superrack channel output back to the A&H card in the top right overview the server indicator becomes red.
We tried everything. New Cat Cables and even a different server but nothing worked. We loaded old sessions and created a blank session. everywhere the same thing. As soon as an output is routed to the a&h card the server goes red.

Does anyone have an idea?

Regarding the pics. yes i know they are in 48khz but it’s the same with 96 khz. that’a not the issue.
Also it’s no clock issue. it happens on internal as well as digital

We had the same problem overhere. We re-installed Superrack Soundgrid and that fixed the issue…

The Problem was solved here as well. As i was running as a “middle man” i failed to check which version the colleague was running on. He still was on srsg v12 which isn’t compatible with macos sequoia. The fault was definitely on his side and was fixed with upgrading to v14.

Should have checked this first before contacting support and writing here.

Waves Support was really helpful and helped to resolve this issue quick
