I read at the specs that Intel core i5 and 8GB Ram are recommended for the waves tune plugin.
That is too much for me. My system is Intel Celeron, 4GB Ram and I use Cubase AI edition.
Will the waves tune plugin still run on my system? Or I must forget the purchase of the plugin?
Unfortunately, 4GB is barely enough to run the operating system these days, let alone, a DAW running a complex tuning algorithm on top.
I don’t want to be the naysayer, but I do believe your machine will crumble into an indiscernible heap of parts by trying to cope with such a high “stress load”. 
Still, you can always install a trial version and give it a test for yourself.
