Waves Tune: Outside Session limits w/ song under 10 min?

Hi all,

I tried looking for this issue earlier before posting but came up with nothing, so I apologize if this has been discussed before. I am using Waves Tune in Reaper and have the plugin loaded directly on my vocal track. The entire length of the project is less than 10 minutes, but somehow after scanning only 2 minutes of the song it tells me that I’m outside the session limit. ReWire is set up and everything, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening. One thing I’ve noticed is that the scan rate in Tune is FAR outpacing the actual timing in the playback in Reaper (4 seconds will pass in the playback and Tune will have clocked 30 seconds of activity, etc).

Are any of you savvy to this issue or should I contact tech support directly?

First, make sure the plug-in was loaded as VST3 and that the session is not above the supported 96kHz sample rates for Waves Tune.

If needed, refer to this link and follow the steps to rescan REAPER for VST3 plug-ins.

If the issue persists, I do suggest contacting TechSupport to assist further.
