WAVES Spherix included in Mercury

Hi all,
Just noticed Spherix is now included in Mercury.
Fantastic!!
…ah, wait a minute, got too excited too quickly.
I was thinking of “Immersive Wrapper” which is what I was hoping might make it to Mercury. :frowning:

I mean, why can’t it be, if we’re all WUP’d up!

The Ultimate subscription is (very slightly) cheaper than the WUP cap, so if you’re keeping WUP constantly then it’s a no-brainer to switch - you only gain all the plugins. (If you’re only doing WUP every 2+ years then not as obviously worth it…)

Waves did try to move everyone onto getting all the plugins for the cost of WUP. Caused a bit of an uproar, but only really because of the speed of rollout (e.g. I’d only just renewed WUP and was being told it was redundant, whereas if they’d upgraded my remaining 11.5 months to Ultimate or even just said it’d be 12 months until individual plugins went away then it would’ve been fine). The mixed situation we have now is our fault, not theirs.

Yup, or Wup, totally get it… however, it’s kinda silly, this whole mixed situation, when we’ve spent 20K+ over 20 years on this.
