Waves SoundGrid Server Issue: No Network Connection, Fan Cycling, No Video Output

I’m experiencing an issue with my Waves SoundGrid Server. Here are the symptoms:

  1. The fans turn on and off repeatedly in a cycle.
  2. The blue LED on the front panel keeps turning on and off.
  3. There is no video output from either the VGA or DVI ports.
  4. The SoundGrid Server indicates that there is no network connection.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps like checking the network cables, restarting the device, and verifying my network configuration. However, the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced something similar with their SoundGrid Server or could provide guidance on how to resolve this?

Sounds like a hardware issue and the device is in a reboot cycle.
No display output usually indicates a broken graphics card (which is onboard i guess) or problems with the PSU.

First I would open it and try to look for any loose connections.
