I’ve tried every way to insert it into the files so it shows up, but it’s still not showing up? Can Audacity not handle it? How should I proceed?

Unfortunately, Audacity is not an officially supported host application for any Waves plugins.
Check out our supported hosts chart here.
Some seem to work in Audacity, but we cannot guarantee perfect operation or troubleshoot issues as it is not tested or qualified by Waves.
Do you perhaps have another DAW this is supported by Waves? I can recommend Reaper which has free evaluation and is fully supported.
