Basically what the title says. I have a stereo track in Logic and the levels are pretty balanced as I want them, but when I turn on Vocal Rider (which I have sidechained to an instrumental), the right volume goes down a bit and the left volume shoots up. How do I fix this? Screenshots below show levels when the plugin is off, then when it’s on.

Welcome to the Waves Forum.
It appears from your screenshots that only the left side is routed. The right side is greyed out because the track seems to be set to mono.

It appears that cuzistew has inserted a “dual mono” version of Vocal Rider and not the “Stereo” version.
Yep, you would have stumble across Logic’s Waves TRAP!! 
It happens to the best of us. You have to make sure you select the right version of Waves plugin when selecting it. However, not all is lost. If this happens, use Logic’’s copy settings feature, select the right plugin then, paste the settings back in. It has to be the Logic copy/paste feature as the Waves version won’t work across plugins, as with any other third party plugin.
