Waves Central doesn’t gives me access to Waves Creative Access.
I run all Maintenance tools but it won’t help
The only thing I see in the Log files is two Mac Addresses on de same PC.
Never used My second license anywhere but stil getting no access?

I see you have already created a support case for this issue, one of our Tech representatives will reach out soon over the email.
If you have a VPN, on overzealous firewall or security style software filtering connections to the outside world this may be what is causing you a problem.
Some Thunderbolt hubs have been known to mess with Waves licenses. But since you’re on PC I’m doubting this is your issue.
Tech Support will definitely have a better idea.
