Studioverse internal plugin GUIs not re-opening

Is anyone else having issues with various (WAVES) and VST3 plugin GUI’s not be able to be seen when re-opening them within?

It’s been happening to me a lot and I’ve been through all of the usual, clean outs, re-installing, re-scanning, making Sure everything is up to date etc etc.

It has become so unreliable here.

Thanks for the information and for sharing. I think it’s worth Contacting Technical Support and letting them dig into your setup to try to distinguish whether the cause of the issue might be something specific or a wider issue. Either way, you will probably get a bit more insight after they verify everything related.

Sometimes deleting the Waves Central cache from it’s Settings view and manually deleting the shells from your system’s plugins folders and the Application/Programs folder then running a Repair function, also in Central’s settings, can help with issues like this.

Yes, absolutely. Unfortunately, I’ve done all of that several times already now.

Damn. I assume you have also ruled out compatibility issues triggered by an upgrade you weren’t aware of?? :thinking:

Have you gotten hold of tech support at all?? If you plan to, you might want to do that before they get overwhelmed with Black Friday sales issues
