Studiorack installation issue

I just installed Studiorack on my laptop.
In Ableton Live, I only see this:


I cannot open Studiorack. It works well on my workstation but not on my laptop.
Other plugins doesn’t have this issue.

Any clue to solve this ?

PS: I tried reinstalling all but it doesn’t work.

Make sure to have a StudioRack license activated to this computer as well.
You can register as many licenses as needed from the StudioRack page.

Also, make sure to properly rescan Ableton Live for VST and VST3, following the steps in this link.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our TechSupport team, to advise further.

I assume all the plugins and related files are still in their default install location??

Hello simon.a.billington, all is ok now.
It was an Ableton Live issue. A reinstall of Ableton did the trick (uninstall+delete all temp and configuration folders+install).

Glad to hear you got it sorted. These things can be a bit annoying but at least there was a solution. Good to keep in mind next time something like this happens, but hoping it won’t, though. :wink:
