StudioRack (v9) not showing up, PT 12, OS10.11

a crash in PT made studiorack fail, when loading a session it says “not in plug-in folder” even though it is in the v9 plugins folder. remaining plugins are v10. fresh reinstall didn’t work, new admin account and reinstall didnt’ work. installing from another offline installer didn’t work. tech support has exhausted their possibilities and it’s been forwarded to the development team.

in the meantime i can’t work with sessions for clients which had studiorack in them.

It is a bit odd, as it is supported on your system.

I think this is something you may have to contact Tech Support over…

Though something you can try is deleting the cache in Waves Central settings or you can try deleting the Waves folder insider your User/Library/Application Support folder.
