a crash in PT made studiorack fail, when loading a session it says “not in plug-in folder” even though it is in the v9 plugins folder. remaining plugins are v10. fresh reinstall didn’t work, new admin account and reinstall didnt’ work. installing from another offline installer didn’t work. tech support has exhausted their possibilities and it’s been forwarded to the development team.
in the meantime i can’t work with sessions for clients which had studiorack in them.
