I mostly use FL…I recently upgraded most of my plugins from v14 to 15… when I did, all of the plugins i updated reset to default in the projects I had saved. What can I do to retrieve the data? since there’s a few mixes that Ive been working on for a bit.

Welcome to the Waves Forum.
It sounds like you might have used your Waves plugins in an unsupported format such as VST instead of VST3 which is known to create issues as you describe.
If you can revert to the older 14 versions and reload these projects you should be able to save those presets, once saved you can update everything again and load the save presets individually from your updated Waves plugins.
