Our church runs an Emotion LV1. Our team has been using the MyMon app on their mobile devices to adjust their mixes. However, after a recent MyMon update team members with Android devices can no longer access their mix. Their app does not find the LV1 on the network. All iOS devices work just fine. Does anyone have any ideas?
I’m experiencing the same thing though I did have someone with a samsung phone able to get on. All my pixel devices will not see the server.

Please try and set up Mymon from scratch using the next article Note that Android 8 or higher will be required, so it might be that an update on the Android devices is needed here. In case the issue persists, for a quick resolution please contact our live sound team
