Does it exist any general page about which OS is currently supported + when future OS will be supported? For example, macOS 27 is out for beta and im trying it out but v17 is on Tahoe.

Welcome to the forum.
We do keep an official rundown of what is supported on the system requirements page, which lists compatibility for each plugin version, including the current V17. We do not publish support dates for OS versions still in beta, so running a beta build is not something we can guarantee will work with V17 yet.
