Location of .VST3 files[

Hello.
I have these files:

WaveShell1-VST3 14.0_x64.vst3
WaveShell1-VST3 14.11_x64.vst3
WaveShell1-VST3 14.12_x64.vst3

In the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3


However Reaper and Ableton Live cannot find any of the Waves plugins  (they used to work fine before the update.
Any help will work.

Welcome to the Waves Forum.

Try and hold the ALT key while clicking on rescan in Ableton this will force a hard rescan. This is also mentioned in the rescan article attached.

If issues still persist please Contact Technical Support to solve that quickly.

Nothing worked
The only thing that worked was to install a random free plug-in and I think the service or something from waves was not working
It also installed a new startup item

for me it says WaveShell1-VST3 14.0_x64 (RDeEsser strereo) which plugin is that
