Which DAW (host application are you using to load your plugins?
You can also Contact Technical Support directly if you haven’t done so already. They will gladly assist and provide a solution suited for your requirements and setup.

In order to use and load Waves plugins, you will require a DAW/Host application such as Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton, or Reaper.
Wavepad will not work with Waves plugins.
