FL STUDIO 11 EXTERNAL Presets on Berserk Distorsion don't even work?

hello how are you? First of all, I wish you a very happy new year 2025. Already that 2024 was perfect, 2025 will be even better. On the other hand, I didn’t start the year well with waves hehe.

I DOWNLOADED THE NEW UPDATE OF THE BERSERK DISTORTION PLUGIN and unfortunately, when I activate FL STUDIO with my great project that I’ve been working on it for 1 year professionally, the preset I had made,EXTERNALS, disconnects and implies an error message. Like this 2

I don’t think it’s normal. Waves make plugins for professionals, on any type of DAW this should not happen. The maps that you can do on fl studio have to keep on on another version. Prove that you don’t make plugins for kids who are having fun on the do-nothing daw with their activities. I tried to repair the Central Wave, reinstall etc and it’s not possible. I also reinstalled the V10 and nothing is done. I have contacted the supports because I need these presets, because I can’t find the presets by ear. Can you help me ?

With all my respect because no one deserve a situation like that, it implicites bad stuff you dont have to buy, you can’t make confidence.

To ensure you can use the latest Bezerk update V15 you need to make sure you have the latest Waves license available, If you own a V14 license that will not work.

Tech Support should reach out over email for further assistance.

I do suggest using a formal license for FL Studio, as by looking at your screenshots it’s registered to Team R2R.

I change the V15 version and nothing work. It’s like 10 years I have this version and all works with others company. I don’t think that’s the problem.

Please try these steps to perform a hard rescan.

If the issue persists one of our tech support representatives will reach out over email and take it from there to ensure you’re able to load your Waves plugins.
