Effect order for wing and superrack

Hello im new to the wing rack and superrack and i know there is no one set order to follow with plugins but is there a list of the wave plugins and thier best placements in the chains? Im starting with feedback hunter and x feedback with pse. Im confused if they should be last or first in the chain. I imagine pse would be first then the eq comp and then the feedback ones? Then does this leave me leaving the wing channels all empty or would I add processing there too? Id honestly like to find a thread of fx uses and order i think that would help. Deciding to take up audio engineering at 50 has been a curve lol ty
