Does Waves offer buyer protection of any type?

I had saved up money to buy plugins on what I thought would be the best holiday sales (Black Friday / Cyber Monday). At that time they were doing buy 2 plugins and get a Free $29.00 plug.

I was BUMMED today when I read that days after I spent my money, they have a much better deal. I havent even installed or registered the ones I bought.

Does Waves have a buyer protection plan at all?
