I just noticed Clarity Vx DeReverb in the newsletter. A plugin that removes reverb is something that I have on my wish list. Unfortunately this one seems to be only for vocals, at least that is what it’s advertised for.

I am looking for a plugin that removes reverb from recordings of foley, drums, and instruments. Apparently that is not currently in the portfolio of Waves. Therefore I am now suggesting it.

The technology is already there as demonstrated in Clarity Vx DeReverb.

I totally agree.

I’ve been waiting for Waves to come out with other plugins in that series ever since that one was released, but it actually hasn’t happened yet. I’m disappointed. Hopefully the have plans for it though.
