Curves Resolve Crashing LV1 Classic

Anyone else experiencing Curves Resolve crashing LV1 when you hit the Learn button? Plugin loads in the rack fine and I can see the sidechain audio flowing through and other buttons work fine until I hit Learn. It then freezes LV1 and pops up a fatal error no 13 that is something about the waves server.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes Ableton also crashes when the learn button is pressed. So not been able to use this plug in yet

Since you are on Ableton, have you tried switching between the VST3 and the VST2 (or AU if on Mac) versions?

Sometimes the “Learn” function’s communication protocol works better in VST3. If both crash, it is definitely a bug in the plugin’s analysis engine that needs a patch, as the Moderator suggested.

Waves products are supported only as VST3 in Ableton; other formats might work, but will lead to issues.

Yes I have tried both vst 3 and au and they both crash when the learn button is pressed.
